Maintaining your home and property is important.
Those little repair jobs if left unchecked will become major issues over time if left unchecked.
Hiring a Handyman makes a lot of sense if you these smaller jobs that need to be done. It is important to know that when you hire a handyman that you know what they can and cannot do work wise
We are qualified builders and we are QBCC licensed so we can handle all your building and repair needs.
Why is this important for you to know?
Because in Brisbane and Queensland, a handyman does NOT have to be qualified or licensed in any trade if the job is priced under $3,300
If the work undertaken by a handyman is over $3,300 then they must have a QBCC license in the ‘Trade Contractor’ class.

We are able to provide a solution to any situation because we take the time to understand the situation fully.
We have worked for many years dealing with all sorts of home building and repair work and we have "Seen it all"
We are here to help you with whatever you need done around your home.
What can a Handy man do:
We are not qualified electricians or plumbers. There is some work where we must use the right trades person to the required work and to have it be compliant.
For electrical work you will almost ALWAYS need an electrician
As a Handyman service we can change light globes.
We can install appliances that already have a fixed plug and socket and they require only to be plugged in or unplugged such as a dishwasher or dryer
We can also do simple fixes such as replacing a fan belt on a dryer.
We cannot touch any wires.
See here for more information on the QBCC page
If you do require an electrician - We always recommend the team at Brissy Electricians
For Plumbing work we can do simple things like:
Replacing a shower head, replacing washers and valves.Installing or maintaining watering or drip systems
To see more about what we can or cannot do you can see more on this QBCC page
